The Conscious Body Training is highly experiential. It includes dyad exercises, demonstration sessions, movement, self-care, and practice facilitations under supervision. Much of what you will learn in the training can be used professionally in regular therapy and coaching.
Your own personal development is a major component of this training. In the various exercises and facilitations, you will work with your own body and your own inner process.

The training is structured in four levels. Each level meets for 3 or 4 days.
